We wanted to share a few nationwide trends we noticed that illustrate this is not a sector or state specific problem and the talent gap affects organizations beyond what we think of as traditional tech companies.

32% plan to hire a significant number of tech rolls in 2020
96% cite talent is not available now
93% already suffer wage inflation
